THE PRICE OF PUPPIES VARIES DEPENDING ON THE PUPPY.  THERE ARE MULTIPLE FACTORS THAT GO INTO DETERMINING THE COST OF A PARTICULAR PUPPY.  AS A GENERAL RULE OF THUMB GIRLS COST MORE THAN BOYS AND SMALLER PUPPIES ARE MORE THAN LARGER ONES.  WHO THE PARENTS ARE CAN ALSO BE A FACTOR.  I DO NOT PRICE THEM UNTIL AROUND 4 WEEKS OLD SO I CAN TELL MORE ABOUT THEM.  I DO NOT ACCEPT HOLD FEES UNTIL THE PUPPIES ARE PRICED.

A NON REFUNDABLE HOLD FEE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A PUPPY.  THE HOLD FEE IS $300.  THIS WILL APPLY TOWARD THE COST OF THE PUPPY.  SHOULD THE PUPPY BECOME ILL OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON IS DETERMINED TO BE UNSALEABLE THE FEE WILL BE REFUNDED.  IF THE BUYER CHANGES THEIR MIND IT WILL NOT BE.

NO.  I PREFER TO NOT USE A WAITING LIST.   I PRICE PUPPIES AT 4 WEEKS OLD AS A RULE AND ACCEPT HOLD FEES AT THAT TIME.  ONCE THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED THE PUPPY GOES TO WHOMEVER  I BELIEVE WILL BE THE RIGHT HOME FOR THAT PUPPY.

There are several tracking charts and programs that claim to predict the size a puppy will grow.  These are basically just good guesses and are not always accurate at all.  I do not guarantee size or breeding quality.  I will give weights and ages and let the buyer track the weight with the understanding that it isn't always correct.  Puppies can end up smaller or larger than these charts predict.  AT BEST IT IS AN EDUCATED GUESS.

Absolutely not.  Puppies must be picked up in person.  I want to meet you and talk with you in person.

I use Purina Pro Plan and I do recommend it.  There are many performance breeders and quality breeders who use it.  Purina has been around a long time and has done a LOT of research on canine nutrition.  There are always fads in everything and feeding your dog is no exception.  But as I said before I am science-based and the science just isn't there for the safety of some of the current fads such as Raw feeding.  I looked at many reputable sights such as Tufts and could not find ONE who thought it was a good idea.  Basically, any good quality food is ok as long as it meets the dogs' nutritional requirements.  I also have used Royal Canin and Fromms.  Homemade diets can be deficient in required nutrients but I did see a consulting service for veterinarian nutritionists at Tufts.  So if you are considering that I would hope you would seek assistance to do it properly.
